Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide return instructions.


Change of Mind Returns

We may accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item:

  • Has not been used or assembled.
  • Is in resalable condition.
  • Includes all original accessories, manuals and packaging.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply where permitted by law.


Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, is faulty, or develops a fault during the warranty period, please contact our customer service team.

To assist with warranty claims, we may request:

  • Photos of the product.
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label.
  • A video showing the fault.
  • Proof of purchase.

Depending on the situation, we may provide replacement parts, arrange repair, replace the product, or offer a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Incorrect Items Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will arrange the correct item to be sent and provide instructions regarding the incorrectly supplied product.


Warranty Claims

Most products supplied by KULLER Australia include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Consumable items.
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect or accidental damage.
  • Commercial use where the product is intended for domestic use only.
  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs.

Warranty remedies may include replacement parts, repair, replacement product, store credit, or refund where appropriate.


Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
