Warranty Policy

KULLER Australia Warranty

KULLER Australia is committed to providing quality products backed by reliable customer support.

Unless otherwise stated, KULLER and MATRIX branded products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.


What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Faulty components.
  • Defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Failures occurring under normal intended use during the warranty period.

At our discretion, we may repair the product, provide replacement parts, replace the product, or offer another remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Consumable items such as blades, chains, trimmer line, spark plugs, filters, brushes and batteries that have reached the end of their normal service life.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or improper maintenance.
  • Accidental damage.
  • Damage caused by incorrect assembly or operation.
  • Unauthorised repairs, modifications or alterations.
  • Damage caused by transportation after delivery.
  • Commercial, industrial or hire use where the product is intended for domestic use only.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team and provide:

  • Proof of purchase.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photos showing the fault.
  • A video demonstrating the issue where applicable.

This information helps us assess the problem and provide the fastest possible solution.


Spare Parts & Repairs

Many warranty issues can be resolved quickly by supplying replacement parts.

Where appropriate, we may:

  • Supply replacement parts directly to the customer.
  • Arrange repair through an authorised repairer.
  • Provide a replacement product.
  • Offer another suitable remedy.

Customers should not arrange repairs without prior approval from KULLER Australia, as unauthorised repair costs may not be reimbursed.


Batteries

Rechargeable batteries are consumable products and their performance will naturally reduce over time.

Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects but does not cover normal capacity reduction resulting from regular use, storage conditions or age.


Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
